Cannot Complete Quest

What the hell does this mean?

"Mission already taken,unable to complete the quest!"

It is Dragon Quest...I already did all the quest and paid cash for the materials.

    Don't worry, just look in your quest log for an empty quest. Usually it is above your DQ quest and there will just be a bullet with no text. Just trash the blank quest and you should be able to complete your DQ. Hope that helps!
