    Sounds like a networking issue.

Check your settings on your hardware and software.

Info on the link in my signature below.
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

I can't find anything useful on the link.
I didn't touch or changed anything, I played as usual and then it happened, from that point on I can't play.

    i have the same problem.
i don't have any PORT problem after the DMZ config,
and i called my ISP for teachnical support for the line
and there isn't any blocked ports or disconnection problems on their side.
i have 2.5mb and 128k upload and its nothing to do with my
location because some of my friends playing this game and don't have this
problem. i'm already double checked my firewall to pass the game..
i have windows 7 but again i don't think this the cause of the disconnection
problem, i know that i can check ping on the patch server, there is an option
to check ping on the server itself ? i tryed with
the ip in the networking support but there is no response when i ping it
(and its not because of the pc i have much much more then the Suggested Requirements)

so darthpanda16 what can you say to help?

Did you check your network settings for your cable modem and/or router?

Did you check your antivirus/security/firewall settings?

You can't directly ping our game servers because of the firewall layers. Only legit game traffic gets through.

Did you guys thoroughly read the Microsoft Links on networking setup help?

You can contact your ISP and see if they have been doing some maintenance the last few days that you were having issues.

Where in the world are you connecting from?

    Who is your ISP?

I'm connecting from Israel, my ISP is Golden Lines Cable.
I can't see how the problem has anything to do with my Firewall, Antivirus etc as I haven't touched it and everything was ok, it just suddenly happened when I was playing normal for at least an hour.

Your region of the world has "anomalies" with networking issues. Sometimes it is REALLY good, other times it is horrible.

Some users have had to call their ISP and get things worked out.

Networking issues are like car traffic on freeways, and can be just as complicated.

i have double checked all of the things in the networking link in your signature
and my ISP is the same as noheroes i'm playing form israel and have that problem.
it seems that my internet working fine i even checked and called the ISP again i just can't get why after playing half of a minute laglessly i disconnect,
my router is on dMz mode which giving me a free pass to the net(all the ports are open)
and i even dont have ANY firewall the windows firewall already configured to let
    perfect world pass.
i guess you don't have any good answer to that its nither ISP or the speed.
my friends playing this game from israel with no problems but they have
    diffrents ISP
with the same net speed as me..
what left to do is to check the ISP's solution which is some sort of "gaming" pack
that give better access to non local gaming servers but i don't think its the
    best way to solve it
soon i change my ISP but till then i must to find what the couse of the problem.

I'm having this same problem. I was logged in perfectly fine earlier, but then I logged off. When attempting to log back in, I type in my account information, select the character I wish to play, and after the loading screen is done my game crashes. It takes me to my desktop, and the client shuts down.

I have tried restarting my computer and router, and still no luck. My firewall and anti-virus programs are off, and I have never had this problem ever before in my months of playing. I live in the Eastern US and have decent internet. Hopefully you can help more GM, because nothing seems to work.
