FAILED Zen Purchase

I purchased $100.00 in Zen yesterday, the site says 30 min wait for credit card payments..w ell its been 24 hours and still no zen. My Wallet shows the 2 purchases pending. I have contacted my bank, which informed me the funds were removed already. I contacted Paypal and they said PWI has already recieved the money yet its still showing pending and 0 in my zen wallet. I have emailed PWI as well as tried to contact them via live chat (which coincidentally is automatically reverting me to email and wont let me talk with someone live.) As well as calling their 1-888 number yet even there I get their answering machine.. I have left several messages yet no response back at all.
Has anyone else ever had a problem like this?

Issue has been resolved.... reguardless I am still very dissatisfied with the service and I probably wont e buying anymore for a while.. however I blame it all on paypal. I recieved 2 emails recently from paypal (this is AFTER I called them on the phone mind you, where they told me that it wasnt their fault and it had already been sent to PWI) the emails were an appology (24 hrs late) that they were having some delays and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. So next time I buy Zen it will NOT be through paypal.. never again.0

Yeah paypal just implemented a few new verification systems recently, some people have been having a bit of extra trouble.

Hey sara..can u tell me the number u used to contact paypal..i ve had recent troubles with them..and need to tlk to them on the phone..becuz its been 4 days now and there has been no progress or word from them and i m loosing hope getting a singel penny back becuase no one wants to help me get my $120.
EDIT: also do u need to have a paypal account for them to help you ?0 -
