genie skills for wizy

oki so im just wondring cuz im pretty noobish my only in use genie skill is the fire skill explnsion or w/e it called and i wanted to know what should i realy use like i saw some ppl talking about their crits and w/e and kept saying the spark skill name so like does it really add alot of dmg or what does it do?

and i also saw that sutra skill name in a post and from what i understood it gives 0 chan so if that the case its pretty awesome and what lvl can i learn it and for how long it lasts ?

    Read one of the other hundred threads on genie skills; there's enough.


    Essential Sutra can be learned at Lv59, requires Wellspring Quaff Lv5. It lasts for 6 seconds, meaning you'll be able to get about 4 skills off in those 6 seconds.
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    No i use mage star too, great for killing multiple magic mobs with dragons breath or simply stopping my hit point charm ticking. Sadly it kills any orbs you just used or clerics buffs.

    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    hey I've a question for those wizards in harshlands, is it hard to form/find a zhen party ? I am playing a wiz but I am afraid that there would be no1 doing zhen when I reach the level .. I barely see anyone shouting for zhen party in harshland ...

    Also, is there any other option beside solo grinding if I couldnt find a zhen party??

    Zhen parties are rare to find, only a hand full of us did it between lvl 60-69. I don't think any one does them anymore. Past 70 people just do rebirths.
    As far as other methods, do fbs, use oracles, do your dailes and when you grind use exp scroll. I was able to do 1 level a day between 60-69 just popped exp scrolls and use to grind bats.

    mmm so people in harshlands dont do zhen party anymore? what a waste... that means BM and any other roles could level faster than wizards ? :(

    Oh btw... isit true that wizards cant kill venoms( without phoenix / hercules + same level 90++) and clerics(same level 90 ++)?

    Zhen's always been inefficient, especially with differing level squads, experience of members. Rebirth is a much more economical way to level.

    Wizards can wipe the floor with a veno w/out LG pets. Regular pets have laughable dps and terrible hp/def/att stats. A veno will either use caster form(lowest magic damage in-game, only worth worrying about if they sage spark) or fox form(nasty up close, powerful debuff/amp/stun skills but very easy to kite). Only thing worth worrying about is the skill they always begin with, lucky scarab, use something to resist/break the stun(Fortify or Badge of courage).

    A veno with a nix is much harder(If they know how to pk).
    Currently flying internet spaceships around dodixie, moving to amarr soon.

    to me, a pretty good looking genie skill for PvE is "Dampen Magic Curse". It costs 140 energy to use, but it has a 50% chance to increase your mana by 30%. Combined with maxed Wellspring Quaft means no more mana pots ever which means go nuts on mana laiden spells like Undine Strike or Dragon's Breath!

    the energy cost= non spame able. Essence pene increases chi O.o undine does not use chi.

    I have 15k mp.. 5 Minutes is a long time to go through 30%, even without undine. Do you spam level 1 Crown of flame/Pitfall ?

    I got 13k mp, 393 magic. I grind using DP, gush, pyro, WoF, Double Sparks. Hence why it takes like 5 mins. Like 15-20mins before I have to use a pot.

    I havent really seen a video that shows a wizard killing clerics..
