Q: My sister is a Cleric and can fly as she has wings, What does a Venomancer need to fly or do we need a certain level?

A: None, Please answer.
Q: What level do I need to tame an animal?

A: Pet Skill Trainer Hu in Lost city will give you a quest to get an animal at level three. Then you learn to tame an animal at level 7.

    LV30 with a quest that reward u a wave for fly or buying a fly mount requirement lv20

    U only can tame mobs with same or low level than u. Only mobs with a smiley face on his info box can be tamed.
    Red face: u cant tame it
    Yellow face: a few hard to tame it let the mob with a few HP for tame it
    Green face: easy to tame let the mobs with half HP for tame it
