i have a question about iridescence wings

Alright, these wings were released in the cash shop awhile back for like 50 dollars.

I have noticed recently that these wings are 3mp/s speed.

Also they have in blue text at the bottom of their information where it says

"Normal speed +(some number idr it was like 3)"

i was wondering what does this mean? If i happen to see another pair in game ill be sure to take a picture of it.

So what is the true speed of these wings?!

    What I saw was something along the lines of:

    Normal Speed: +3.2
    Hasted Speed: +6.2

    I think that is the real speed rather than what is said up the top. I hope I'm wrong and I don't know why they didn't state that before. I'm quite annoyed with that.

    See i would buy a set of the wings if they were faster then my max'd seph mists.

    Ive never bought anything from the boutique but i think its upgrading/windwidgets.
    Plain iridescence wings=3m/sec
    Iridescence wings + Wind widget=3.2m/sec (It says 3m/sec at the top, but says 3.2m/sec in blue writing at the bottom.

    i havent upgraded my iridescense or my monster bug (forget the name, the untamed fly tho), but both of 'em say the +3.2 / +6.2 on the bottom of the info, along with the normal +3.0 / +6.0 where its said the same all along since having bought them.

    i first noticed the additional text and blue numbers on the bottom of someone else's irid. info in player info and went n checked my 2 fly mounts
    i'm pro all classes, and against none in particular..
    but the age old QQ about venos is just that. OLD.
    QQ'd about a nix lately? check out this thread n tell me who's "OP" lol..

    Iridescense wings are unupgradable, IIRC.

    Elves have the ability to speed up their "Natural" wings by 0.1 or 0.2 or more as I read it. My thinking is this logically must mean the game code perceives these wings to be natural wings and adds the skill bonus to speed per the players skill points. Most other boutique wings are not considered natural and do not get the added speed, If anyone has a better explanation lets please hear it, but this seems very likely what it is.

    Whats further supports this is they are not resellable on the AH. Notice how there is not a category for them under the FLY>Winged Elf filter.

    I'd wager the 3.2 speed is a bug in the display. 3.2 is an odd speed for a set of wings and elsewhere in the item description it specifies a 3.0 speed.

    This should be easy to test. The diffence in real speed is 8.2 m/s and 8.0 m/s. That is about a 2.5% difference. Have a few people race from plume to ether half with the wings and half without. If this normally takes like 10 mins the ones with the 3.2 wings should arrive 15 seconds earlier.
