Lightning Strike

I was wondering, is it worth lvling up lightning strike for PvE/TW? or should i leave it at lvl 1 and go for thunder shock?

    If you plan to do ANY form of PvP MAX IT


    If you only plan to do PvE....well then you should still max it.

    Options
    personally i pace it (aka put spare points into it, but don't prioritize). It's damage increases, but not by that big a margin that you should max it asap. There are more important skills to max first, like your passives, frost arrow, stun arrow etc.

    Oh well, unless you got lots of spare coin, you will have lots of SP after the 59 culti, as it gives, I believe, 260k spirit. I still have about 210k because I decided not to level skills until after the culti. And now I'm in turn low on coin because I'm saving up for refining my W&C.
