    Only factions that pay for your loyalty are those who can afford it. eg, guilds that TW. Since TW requires at least level 70+ to win good luck finding one that will pay to keep you.

    Yeah, sorry. If a faction has to pay to keep you in their faction, it isn't worth it. That doesn't show loyalty nor will it get you respect.
