Summer Sprint Question

Howdy guys. Quick question
I know that Summer Sprint does not stack when on a flying mount, but how about a land one?
I'm asking this because I don't have a ground mount to test on.

    Nope doesnt work...sadly..would be fun!! b:pleased
    At first I thought it really works on flying mount, saw the wings moving faster... But it was just my freaky brain showing me things that arent there b:avoid

    Land mounts have a set speed. Speed boosts do not work while on them.

    Then my mind is a sick as yours. I tend to think I get to places faster when using summer spring on a flying mount, even though I know that's not true

    I'm pretty sure it does work on flying mounts (not ground, of course). I mean, if apothecary speed-increasers work on flying mounts, wouldn't our skill? And our flying mounts add a certain amount of seconds to our normal speed, and SS increases our normal speed (for 5 minutes, anyway)...See where I'm going with this?

    Maybe if someone has a reliable stopwatch and can comfirm?

    If you have a ground-mount for me I'd be happy to test it out.

    Summer Sprint does not work on flying mounts, even though it's +x speed increase suggest it might.

    You can just use a regular watcht to verify, on a 2 mintue flight you'd certainly get enough difference to notice the 15 speed increase.

    The people saying it doesn't affect flying speed have confirmed with a stopwatch. And flying mounts add a certain m/s to a base speed (I think it's 5 m/s). Your running speed does not affect it.

    All flying mounts have a base speed of 5m/s.
    The level 30 welfare mounts add 0.5 to that which makes them fly at 5.5m/s, effectively making you move faster if you ran on foot using summer sprint.
    Maxed out cash fly mounts add +3m/s though, making your normal fly speed 8m/s and +5m/s accelerated speed (or +6 if using the gourd, wasp/dragonfly whatever the untamed mount is, and iridescence wings which makes them go 11m/s, meaning as fast as a maxed out land mount.)
    In the case of white elf wings, each level of flight mastery adds 0.2m/s if memory serves, so you can achieve a max of 7m/s with a level 10 mastery.

    Oh and you're right, the running speed doesn't affect the fly speed at all. Nor do any movement buffs or apo powders, apart from the genie skill Wing Force.
