Buying Zen problem and ticket non ansering.

It been a few days now i try to buy Zen but it keeps telling me i need to have a character over level 10 -witch i have-.

To top that i wrote tickets 3 times to support service , and never got an answer..Not even an acknowledgement.Thats sad.:(

Is the costumer service always that poor on PW internationnal ?I know it isnt too good on My-En but not as this.:confused:

Well i stop playing for now until i get some service.I am not getting into some game if support = non-existant.

    they take about 2days to a 2 months to reply depends if you send alot at once it is most likely you will not be answered
