Makeover Scroll from a quest?

Hey, i was wondering is this true that you get a makeover scroll quest? and if yes from which 1? Ive been searching databases shouting for answers in-game but noone responds so ive turned 2 my last hope... The Forums!!!
So if any of you know please could u tell me which quest its from and what lvl u get it. Thanks.

    I think i get mine in one quest lvl27-29 or something i dont rememberb:surrender xD i remember only that it was before my fb29 b:pleased i get it from one NPC in silver pool....and thats all from me xDDDD

    It's from a quest chain involving you killing kun kun and getting some mantou or whatever from silver pool yes. Level 25-30 if memory serves.

    You get it from a level 28 quest chain, that starts with "Beauty Chang's Wish". The step that you get the scroll from is called "Man Hung's Hair".

    It's level 28 :O, and u get it from the quest Man Hung. b:bye OMG BEAT ME BY 1 MIN I HATE U AADI
