I'd like a Pirate Class hehe. Someone whose sneaky like an archer with loads of evasion and at the same time can wield Firearms and Short Swords for melee combat. Arghh Arghh x.-

I honestly think it would be cool if they expanded on the demon and sage routes chosen at level 89. And created "Prestige" Classes to go hand in hand with those routes. These classes would offer different leveling bonus's and a new skill set to invest in...etc...etc..

Just a thought. Sorry for being so general and non specific.

A clown class would be sweet,main weapons are custard pies in various stages of mould,balloons for anti air pet defense,can scare mobs away with their squeaking shoes and can call on an army of kids in pvp to back them up.

I don't know about most MMO's, but Maple Story actually came out with pirates as a new class, and in the Korean version got the Knights of Cygnus class, so it's not that unheard of for MMO's to release new classes, however as pointed out, it is unlikely that the International version will get any class that hasn't been released in the original version yet. Mind you, not impossible, nothing is impossible, but it is highly improbable.

As I said, highly improbable, at least at this point in time. Maybe in a few years if they make it to their fifth anniversary or something, but that's a ways off so don't think anyone can really claim to predict what will happen that far into the future. I still think the current classes are sufficient enough of course, I just wish they'd make it so Untamed can be whatever gender and class they wanted. I'd love to play a venomancer, but I just don't like being forced to make my character a girl, similarly I wouldn't like playing a barbarian for the same reason.

Never say never, this is an American ran version of PW. Not Chinese. You have no idea what they can implement here.

While that's usually true, it's not always the case. In the US version of Maple Story they have a 4th of July event, with special monsters and flag themed items, they don't have this event in the European or even the original Korean versions however, as no other country celebrates the US Independence Day. So it is technically possible for different versions to get content that's never even been in the original version. Though it is still improbable to happen with classes, it's more likely to have it happen with items and even monsters, still though it's not impossible.

Well, if they hold true to the current formula of the game, it would be both, a new race, with two new classes. That's how it currently works, humans get blade masters and wizards, winged elves get archers and clerics, untamed get barbarians and venomancers. The new race would also require a new type of aerogear to hold true to the current formula of course.

PW was originally developed in china

PW-Korea is not even out yet, last i heard it was still under development

Unless of course they choose to add region specific content. It wouldn't really make sense to have a 4th of July event in China, or any other American holidays. Similarly, it wouldn't make much sense to have events based on holidays only celebrated in China in Perfect World International.
