here are a list of my problems with the fox veno :3 enjoy

First off the skill Metabolic boost should really be a fox skill

that just looks to me like it would be perfect for the fox veno cuz really which do you think would need that more this human veno here:

or this fox veno here:

ok so the fox isnt being hit but it has a much higher chance of being hit seeing as its right there with the monster.

Then the skill Stunning Blow
http://img29.imageshack.us/i/stunning.png/

ok I read that and thought yay the veno gets a stun skill, thatll be very usefull.

but then I got it and saw its FREEZES the enemy

Freezing is terribly pointless, it freezes it so it cant run but still gets to attack you, you being a non-ranged fox, It could only be useful if you wanted to run up and hit the monster with it and then run away but why run!

so yeah theres my rant :3

A: in fox form, you have higher pdef, therefore more surviveability against physical mobs - you also still get to use Soul Transfusion and you get LEECH which has an 80% chance to steal life even if the attack fails

B: get a pet with good agro skills good def and you dont have to worry about stealing agro and you wont get hit - even though you are right next to the mob (unless its an aoe boss)

C: well thats so that you can make an escape out of melee range to casting range. probably only really useful against a BM in PvP. IMO not worth leveling.

Pure fox is kinda silly IMO since you need a magical weapon - and those dont have the durability of a true melee weapon.

Stunning blow also interrupts spellcasting if it lands.

Stunning blow is extremly useful for PvP- this is coming from a fox veno.

I can stun blademasters and barbarians on the spot, I run and change to human. I can nuke them from afar whilst all they can do is sit back and watch. You may have built yourself for survivalbility, but the less your opponent is attacking you, the better.

Since it freezes on the spot, this also means I can keep archers at close range where they do 50% less damage and I can spam them with befuddling mist, to reduce their accuracy.

It also stops other mages from kiting, which is a huge advantage. This allows me to continue killing them with melee attacks, (instead of magical which they can handle much better.)

To be honest though, most of the fox skills are geared mostly towards pvp instead of PvE.

I love the freezing skill, it's very good against magic users and archers (they can only watch you killing then =D) the only disadvantage is the 1Chi but in the rest this skill is perfect =3

I will like to heal in Fox form, but like people sayed you alread have a skill for drain HP and MP (i switch betwen HP to MP, i find easier leech HP), if fox could drain/heal in any form it will umbalance the class and more people will complain about Venos (more than they alread complain).

I honestly believe that the Fox Skills are perfect the way they are, and should be maxed ASAP. There's uses for all of them in PvP and PvE, although, Fox Wallop doesn't work on Bosses for some reason. They're great debuffs, or self boosts, and they are really designed to work well together. Higher Level Foxes have much higher attack than the skill damage adds, so they are designed to be only debuffs, which also has a nice side effect of giving you chi fast, to use skills like Stunning Blow, and my personal favorite, and the hardest hitting skill, and AoE... Malefic Crush.

For grinding, if you have to take multiple mobs, try to get two mobs next to each other, so when you use Mist, it whacks both. Focus on the opposite mob as your pet, and Leech your life back. You should both be able to handle the mobs you are on without really having any threat of dying whatsoever. Proper skill management is the key to a well built Fox. Knowing when to use a skill, and what skill it should be is Vital to milking every bit of power out of your character. Also, a small but useful tip. While grinding, try not to use that much chi, so you can double spark and gain your MP back. It'll make it so you don't have to take time to switch to normal form to use the 2 healing spells. Spark to gain MP, Leech to gain HP, and call it good.

but couldent we all agree that an actual stun effect would be better then freeze tho? :3

Phoenixes and hercs come with stuns, having another stun skill ourselves would make us overpowered. We already have lucky scarab for stuns, sage cultivation will increase it's duration by 1 second.

Stunning blow is already extremly useful as it is now.
