I cant finish WQ?

I was doing my world quest and I gave the book to the npc but the next one never appeared and doesnt show up under my search either...Will I be able to start my next one? Has this ever happened to anyone else? b:sad

    do you have empty inventory slots? because you need to have 2 slots empty in case you get one of those mystery items

    No...Will I get it if I empty my inventory? The other one already dissappeared.

    *Got the next one after I emptied it but no mysterious items

    Yes, you will.
    Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"
