Cannot Get A Prepaid Card - Why Not Include Wal-mart???

There is no 7-11 in my town and Target will not keep up with the buyer's market in game cards. Why can't Perfect World Entertainment work out a deal with Wal-mart? There are far more Wal-marts than there are Targets.

Not that it matters but I live in Champaign, Illinois, USA, case someone's curious.

    Ummm, dudes, Decatur is like too far away. I know it looks real close on a map, but it is so not close. I live here in Champaign. I am not looking for a ride all the way to Decatur. Thanks for trying to help.

    I'm just going to go back to playing Mabinogi. They sell their games cards at Blockbuster, Wal-mart (there are 3 Wal-marts in Champaign-Savoy), and Toy R Us.
