Warsoul question

I am a tad confused, and no one in-game can seem to give me an answer. I know that you guys just put the warsoul guide up, but I am unsure of something:
If I use Mysterious chips, do I also need to pay coin? Or do I just have to use the chips?

I figure that the price in real money is around $125,000.00 (american dollars) or 12,500,000,000 coins including the coin price, and around $40,000.00 (american dollars) 4,000,000,000 coins without.

So, which is it?

    Im pretty when you exchange chips for warsoul materials, there will be a crafting fee required.

    Ex. you want to make a "Fragment Crystal", you have to pay both 59 chips and the crafting fee of 1.3m or so.


    havent done the math to calculate the total cost though.

    The exact price is :

    - 315,300 Mysterious Chips (worth around 6,306,000,000 if you buy at 20k/each)
    - 6,750,000,000 Coins

    For an estimated price of 13,056,000,000 coins

    If you are selling gold at 150k each, your gonna need 87,040$ to get your Warsoul Weapon. In my opinion this is impossible to get, unless you have a damm lots of money to spend on this game.
