I am proud to announce that a week from this coming Friday, DireFate will be hosting a server wide event ^^.

Hide and Go Rescue

I will be placing an alt by a world boss and leaving them there people to find res, move the world boss and help my nooby hiney get to safety.

Prize: 2 mill in coin to the squad who finds and saves the helpless runt.

Rules: You must have one member from DireFate in your party to receive the prize.

The Prize will be split amongst the 6 members ( or less members if you can pull it off ).

You must successfully rez and get the noob to safety * in the air or far enough away from the boss and any surrounding mobs * to be get the prize.

The Event will start at 7 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday August 21. Have fun guys and feel free to post here or pm me in game or on forums for more details ^^b:dirty

    Whats the point of that rule anyway, depending on how active your guild is, there will only be a few squads.

    Never heard of them, is it one of those new guilds with lvl 20 members? In any case, 2 mil split 6 ways is not worth the risk, the time, or the hassle of trying to find a member of some guild no one knows. That is, if you keep your word at all.b:chuckle

    Mothergoose we have about 4 lvl 90+ and 10 or so 80+'s ^^

    Its meant more for fun and laughs than seriousness, break up the monoinity that can be this game. We do have some low lvls but again to me that is what brings on the fun.

    DireFate is awesome and has been around for a long **** time. No, Im not a member.

    Ok Im down with the faction action, MotherGoose please dont step on other people and poke fun at then because you havent herd of them before. I was in SW from day one and left of my own free will to join DireFate, I had no idea who they where and like you I thought "noob faction" well how wrong was I! just because they dont waste money in TW knowing they aint got a hope of winning agaist nef or leg with full factions of 80 - 90 lvl players, dont mean they are not a strong faction a friendly faction or a **** faction. We have enough high lvls in our faction to battle the forces of greed such as nef and leg but we choose not to because we like to keep war money in the faction to help our members grow and make the whole PWI game just that little bit sweeter. we dont own land so we have no income from it. so in that respect 2mil is quite a lot of money to give away if you have had to grind for it! I enjoy a good boss rumble and think this is a first class idea. I love this faction and also the members, its drama free noob free and we keep to ourselves. IF you really want to see the power of DireFate come find me in game! otherwise step off and keep your nose in your own faction news! I have friends in high places in the game and not one of them have herd of DireFate but they all respect the fact that it must be a good faction as I and a few other names from the past are part of it. Iv even had a comment "well it must be a good faction if you joined it" and that came from a leg marshal. a marshal that I trained to be a warrior. now I think iv said enough I will see you ingame Jadey (another ex-SW friend of mine who also "chose" to be in DireFate rather then nef or leg) hmmmmm why we would choose a Noob faction rather then a powerful one? LOLOLOL noob faction my tail!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Bring on the boss hunt IL take anyone in my team just pm me. im not fussy like them other plebs in game "no i NEED a cleric or we aint going" type thing, If we end up with 5 venos and a barb so be it we will still kick ****!
    Oh and while im on the subject of team choosing, please dont be to fussy and cause drama a team is a team so work like one and just have fun. if you loose you loose and loosing once or twice just makes winning a lot more rewarding. :) DireFate = good things comes in small packages. PM me or JadeyRoared ingame for details of the faction or the mob bashings. and to all my friends who respect me (even tho iv been offline for a few months) IM back and growing fast see you on the red stained fields of battle!

    While I wouldnt say I feel that strongly at the implications launched you make a good point. The event is suppose to be fun and for those who think it to much work or don't want to join in, its their right.

    Not saying DireFate could rival any TW faction or we wont ever TW, just not our focus at this moment. Kudos to those who do. =D

    We just want to have fun and extend a friendly invitation to those outside our faction to join in what we do weekly... fun in game events ^^.

    Why are we making a rule that DireFate member be in squads? Well if I am going to donate money I at least want to ensure one of our own gets it of course ( by it I do not mean the whole 2mill, but their fair share) , which to me I believe reasonable. It is also a great way to promote our faction, which I have by no means tried to mask this as a non promotional tool.

    Again we are doing this to have fun and hope many outside people as well as DireFaters will join in =D.
