b:cry Well i just got a new video card, & new ram. I'm still crashing to the desk top. Guess I'll give up. I've tried it all and just can't get into the game. To this day I never got to see what the game even looks like. So if any one can give me any tips I'll love to know why my computer just won't play this game..

2gb of ram
2 external hard drives ( 1000gb and 200gb)
1 internal HD (80gb)
Intel Pentium 4 - 2.60GHz
Sapphire Radeon HD 3850 AGP video card...

    Give more details.
    You download the game
    Install it
    Patch it
    Run it
    Enter ID and Pass
    Play?
    Where did you get stuck?
    Quit.

Did you uninstall old video drivers before installing the new ones for the 3850?

This will be sure to get rid of all of the old drivers.

Did you give the Verify button a try?

There's just so many reasons that would cause PW to crash...
Personally if it was me, I'd just back everything up and reformat the computer to possibly rule out most of the software related issues
