How come theres no hellhounds on harshlands!?!?!?!

Ive noticed that theres battle cats ect on harshlands but no chromatic elks or hellhounds, is there a reason for this?!!??!

Harshlands server wasn't around when Elks were out. Most people in the server are rerolled high lvl alts from older servers, and fewer fell for the limited edition mount scam than on older servers with noobs. There are still many HH though. There are more battlecats because the time on sale was shorter, so some people fell for it.0
