Stuck in the waterfall-lake thing in Etherblade

Hi. I'm stuck in the waterfall-lake thing in the north district of etherblade.
everytime i try to move, in any direction, it laggs and puts me back where i was. So i can't neither get out nor even move. I've tried everything in the Support section of the website, about being stuck, and nothing succeeded. Town Portal spell doesn't seem to work and none of the other options as well. I've already E-Mailed the GMS via Ticketing System, but is there a quicker solution for this problem or anything i could do?

    Since your town portal skill is cooling down and you do not want to wait an hour, try logging out and then logging in and then (carefully) jumping. You might need to try several times.

    If all else fails, you can wait for a GM, or wait until your town portal cools down. I am not sure which would be faster.

    This patch has introduced some new problems for us, especially when we get stuck.

    I've already tried to log out and in, no succees. Plus, the thing is that my town portal skill isn't cooling down, but when I activate it and doesn't even work. So...

    i tryed to get out by using the town portal skill but it wouldnt let me use it cuz im in the water i need help cuz i cant get out

    I JUST left a pool full of people, I have tried everything, or rather THEY have tried everything...
    One character was convinced that the only solution was to make another character, I would appreciate something to be done so that someone who has spent a large amount of time on the game would not have to resort to that.
    I know that changing a game such as this is not the easiest thing to do, but please, think of SOMETHING that could help the unsuspecting gamer.

    Maybe they could make a invisible wall infront of the waterfall, then get all the people out of the waterfall. no more problem untill they fix it?

    The only ppl able to get out are:
    winged elves who can fly out
    And females who can be flown out by winged elves.

    I only know of one person who has gotten out own their own and by sheer luck.
    That same person tried to help get me out. I watched her get flown out so i know the two criteria above work. unfortunately I am a male wizard and going on day two drowning under the waterfall.

    I have made it out myself several times, but no matter how far i go after a few seconds I am warped back to the bottom of the pond.

    Though it appeared to me that I got out and ran away, the other ppl around me only saw me staying in place.

    No magic use what so ever. Me and another stuck player held a duel and we was only able to use physical attacks which is actually why nobody can use town portal spell.
    I also know this because it seems that the players who jump in like me are stuck swimming and are unable to do anything you can't do while swimming. But players who walk in are are actually walking on the bottom and are able to sit/meditate, but still no town portal.
