Mana recovery rate item

Simple question: Is there any item that gives you mana recovery rate? Not potion or something time limited, item like clothing, ring? The lower level the better

    Yup, plenty of rings, belts and headwear (and slightly less plenty of sleeves, leggings etc.) have "+MP recovery" and "+HP recovery"

    Check the auction house - they tend to be priced reasonably highly because they're quite nice, but also are on sale quite often because, frankly, they're not THAT nice. (You can't get very much recovery, and even, say, +12 a second which is the most I've had doesn't make much of a dent when your total is 3000 or more...)

    I know I've had to NPC them a few times because no-one was buying.

    Check your random drops, and remember to take the 'unidentified' stuff to a merchant for identification.

    I don't need anything special, I need it mostly becouse of wings that consume 2MP/s

    Ok, then just a basic single +3 item should do you. Though be aware that the regen they add is also affected by the 'in combat' reduction (and the sitting down to meditate boost)

    Like the other poster said, always get your unidentified drops ID'ed. You can also check people's cat shops, they may have some MP regen stuff for sale. Other then that, you just have to wait for a lucky drop.

    The best surefire way to boost MP regen is to have a cleric buff you. Whenever you leave a town, ask around in common chat for a cleric to buff you and make sure they give you "Celestial Guardian's Seal." You can recognize it by the little red and blue body icons that will appear. Finding a cleric won't always be convenient, but I don't know if there are apothecary powders that boost MP at your lvl.

    There are a few Apothecary Items that can be use like focus powder (lvl 2 apoth skill) it last for ten minutes and has like a 30 sec cooldown but it should work well for your purposes the only issue would be you would have to farm for mats to make it.

    based on that I'm assuming you are an archer, but if you are a cleric i wouldnt bother with mana regen gear. Your natural mana regen will be more than enough to wear your wings without it depleting your mana pool soon.
