wings for clerics

guys, i would like to get one advice about those wings which clerics can use. im one of those ppls who cant afford for now gold`s, so lets stay ontopic and lets talk just about first neutral wings (white) and wings,not sure name atm, which we get at lvl 30 (brown). if im not in mistake, then white wings give u 0,0% normal speed and brown wings give u 0,5% normal and 2,5% fast speed. i would like to know which one u ppls using? im lil confused. i know is good to have brown wings cuz of fast speed 2,5% which we can repair duration with those chi stones or smth like that. but i using fast speed maybe twice per week. on other side we have white wings which is true that normal speed is 0,0% but after u made master flying mastery will be normal speed 2,0%. so depence on my using, that i dont hurry with flying what u think. to spend money for those stones and use repairing all the time and have max speed 2,5% or better use white one and keep normal speed at 2,0% which is 75% better like brown one. so thats mean all flying in normal mode will be all the time higher for 1,5% from brown wings.

    Flight mastery only works on the lv1 wings, and costs precious spirit to level up- so I would say don't do it, but it IS your choice.

    Plus, by the time FM is maxed you'll be able to afford better wings.

    I personally maxed flight mastery and prefer the white wings over the brown ones, they look cooler and the average speed is way faster. But, beacuse aerogear isn't a consumable item in game like charms, dolls or dragon orbs for example as more and more ppl buy them from cashshop there is an increase of supply. This drops the price of cs wings and makes them more affordable to buy with ingame coin. :p

    personally, i prefer the whitewings... 2.0 FM + 5.0 base airspeed... and they seem to be ALOT faster than what they say... when my whites were at 0.4 (lvl 2 FM) i was moving faster than the eagle wings/manta/gliding heavens sword

    so, point is, stick with white wings if you want to spend spirit...

    get watcher of the skies (3mil) if you want to spend monies

    ty all for your answers. after talking with faction members i decide to spend some spirit on white neutral wings. and after i make some money will check out for better wings

    Remember just that white wings kill your MP regeneration down... This can make quests on air mob/grinding on them pretty difficult. I don't really know how much mp regen white wings decrease, but for sure brown wings doesn't.

    The spirit spent into white wings is WELL worth it until you can afford cash shop ones. Cash shop wings are definitely better, but we're the only race that gets 2.0m/s flight for next to nothing. Even after getting my Watchers, I don't regret getting FM to 10. Especially on a PvP server, flight speed is so very vital to survival that allowing yourself to keep at a slow speed is an extreme detriment in air-to-air combat. Imagine healing your tank with three blademasters chasing you down at 8m/s with you at 5; fat chance, you're stuck tanking. Chasing down a flighty wizard? Good luck, he's gone before you have the chance to root him.

    As it is, 7m/s isn't enough to survive in the 70s game, and I had to upgrade, but I couldn't spend any cash; luckily, the choice was made for me. A cleric killed me while white, so I came back and shoved some plume shots in his face. He was kind enough to let me borrow his 3/5 Watchers. Now I smile every time I press f6.

    I would really like to know where this base speed comes from?Watcher of the Skies you have to be lvl 50 to use them.

    To the OP Blood Mist would be cheap and you might find deal on Daedalus.you can swap wings in flight so you can use the eagle wings when you need to haste and then switch to white when just flying to a quest.you just put both on a F6 and F7 and click on them.

    White wings are the natural Elven wings that you get pre-equipped at level one, and they also sell clones of them from slain and summarily harvested brethren near the pool in City of the Plume. Eagle wings are the wings you get at level 30 from the quest whose name escapes me at the moment.
