I don't hate, anything. I dislike a lot of the things that go on. However; I really cant' stand incompetent people.

My complaint when I first played PW, was the opposite. I wanted to know when the grinding started. I was sick of quests, I leveled too fast. I get my money by grinding as well, so if I don't get to grind that cuts into my funding greatly.

Give me more grinding.

- Flying pet ground bug...

- Option to minimize own avatar to HP/MP/EXP/Chi only, same for groups...
- Option to ignore possibly irrelevant msgs, i.e. marriages, herc/nix egg, duels...
- Up/Down arrow keys able to control ground movement...
- Ability to store armor in wardrobe...
- Address issue of ground pet auto-stowing when character enters shallow bodies of water (sometimes safe, sometimes not)...
- More high level quests...
- PvP zones or areas on non pvp servers...
- Ability to rename character, perhaps with some sort of penalty and/or timer...

Maybe youve been playing too much moddable MMOs, 2/3 your complaint is that u want to mod the whole game.

In another wildly popular free mmorpg I've played, the way they deal with ksing is, they either make "single combat" areas, where only one person can be fighting a monster at once. Which means if you attack something after another person has attacked it (or even just pulled it's aggro) you'll get a message that says "Someone else is already fighting that!" and you get to stand there looking like a tool for a second or two before you run off to find another one. If this happens more then 2 or 3 times in a row, and you are ready to log out and eat an entire bucket of ice cream. Ok, maybe that's just me. b:sweat

In yet another popular free mmorpg I've played, they just make every non-safe area an instance. You have to make sure you form your squad before you leave the town (or choose to solo) and once you go through the portal, you load your own private version of the game where no one can ks you ... or talk to you or interact with you in anyway.

Ksing is just a part of this game, and what we should all remember is, its not always deliberate. A lot of the time, people just have best performance on and can't see you. Typically if they have best performance on, it means they are lagging, so they probably can't see that the mob they are attacking is already being attacked until they've gotten 2 or 3 hits in, or basically by the time you've typed your angry message cussing them out for ksing. If the person is lagging, it will probably also take them longer to cancel their attack. This may be especially annoying if they are using a skill macro or are a veno. (see below)

Also, 4 out of the 6 classes attack from distance, and how many times have any of you spent a few seconds looking around to see if someone was about to attack the mob you were scoping out? If you are at 12 o'clock, the mob is at center, and the person you are ksing (or the person ksing you) is at 5 o'clock and you both attack within a half a second of each other, you're probably not gonna notice that you are both attacking at the same time, because you didn't even see each other.

This goes double for venos. Any other class can simply hit escape to cancel an attack. Venos have to do that AND call off their pet. Most venos I know (that are over lvl 20) go out of their way to avoid ksing, just to get past the "all venos are ksers" reputation that they have built up simply because of the game's design.
