Where's my zen? :/

A few days ago I charged zen via the Mobilcash phone payment thing - I've been billed and I have the messages about the billing on my cellphone. No zen has appeared in my account. Every time I go to My Wallet to transfer zen to server it says "Zen: 0" :/

    1 If you haven't selected which server you would like to move the zen to do that.

    2 If you have done the above, try logging off perfect world then back in.

    3 If you have done both, submit a tickie.

    I submitted a ticket ages ago. I've been billed fifty pounds. And I have no zen. Wtf. :/

    I spent 30$ on zen and I got nothing! Customer service didnt do anything but make me send a ticket. Will I ever get my money back?

    No Zen in your "Wallet" or no Zen (Gold) on your character?

    IF option two ---> you have to transfer the Zen to the server in which you are playing.

    Please contact Mobilcash and PayByCash in regards to this issue. We would not receive your transaction until after it is completed so any complications that arise during the initial transaction can be swiftly handled by them directly. Once they help you resolve the issue within their system and complete your transaction, the ZEN is automatically awarded when our system receives the information.

    Hello,

    I will be looking into your issue as well. The forums is not the place for these things and since all billing issues are account sensitive as far as information, those issues are not handled in game or over live chat. We can only handle your issue via the ticketing system (email) and by phone at the billing phone number provided on your receipt for a purchase made to our company.


    UPDATE: From looking through your account, I see that you have used a pre-paid card on 8/8/09 with no record of any other transactions. If your additional $30 is from pre-paid cards and you received "unknown error", keep attempting to redeem the card(s) until you receive a different error code or the card completes. Typically "unknown error" is just because many people are trying at the same time and the signal was not received by the other side.

    That was a couple days ago I tried it with my prepaid master card on paypal and it said Please try again or use another credit card, so i gave up but when i checked my credit score it said i spent 33$ on perfectworld
