Getting started...

So i made it to the first town, found a couple shops, bought weapon etc. So now what? where do i go from here? I'm lvl 4atm, just killing beetles cuz i can't figure out how to advance the plot? or where to go next?...Thanks for any information.

    press q to open your questlog. click the "find quest" button, voila!

    don't buy any stuff before lvl 20, it's not worth it. :)

    Also, if you see an NPC with a gold shield icon floating over their head, then they have a quest for you (though a few are just the "buy a boutique item" quests). If you see an NPC with a gold flag over their head then they are waiting for you to report that you've completed a quest. Copper colored shields and flags are spiritual advancement quests. Silver flags are quests you've taken but not yet completed.

    Also, note that when you are looking at the quest box, names in green can be clicked on, which will cause your character to head in the appropriate direction for that quest. This also sets up flag icons on the full-screen map showing you where you can go to complete that quest.

    And you should also pay attention to what the "game" tells. Sometimes a message will appear that tells you that you should speak with a certain NPC.
