Be killed by a monster or a player (WTH?)

Reward: nothing

This part of the quest i don't understand... Why would i have to get my char killed? b:sad, yes i know, saying i am QQing b:cry, but dang, that sucks why would i bother practice death?

    There are many hints on how to die without loosing anything. But for me the quickest solution was to be killed by the next group of aggressive high level mobs. I don't think that loosing a couple percent of your current exp is that much of a problem.
