I Cant Play Plz Help!

i cant download the patches:
im at game version 37 every time i try to client uptade it says file download error at console_cmd.txt
i downloaded manual patches they dont work too..

    did you verify the game files before and after installing? how about before you try to patch?

    check your firewall settings to be sure it is not blocking the elementclient.exe

    Sorry for poping out in the topic but as i have the same problem with jiglojay...yeah i tried verifying them and actually did it twice...

    i chekd the minimaze and taskmanager (dont work)
    restarts (dont work)

    i tried " run as administrator" dont work
    i tried the manual patches dont work
    i tried lots of restarts dont work either
    on my computer it works
    but on my laptop not
    i have vista system PLZ HELP !b:cry

    I have the same problem ?
    I read about this problem in lots of forums... what about letting us know how to fix this ?

    Try to send ticket... no answer...

    Are the tech suport sleeping ?

    I'm having the same problem. I sent a ticket. waiting for a reply now. I had it working on this computer before. I recently had to clear my hard-drive and now it's refusing to update.

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
