I get an error message I do not understand

I have never done this before so if I am posting this in the wrong area I am sorry. After updating the game and then further verifying the files I still come up with a random error message after I click the "start" button. I will attempt to attach a picture of what it says since I cannot make sense of it. I am unsure of what to do please assist me.

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    Yeah I have the same problem (the same message too). If you find out what it is, can you tell me? I'll tell you if I find out.
