What genie skill is it that pulls mobs?

I've seen it where people use their genie to lure a mob o.o I was wondering what skill that was called b:chuckle Might be nice to have. =O also, wasn't sure where to put this thread so if it's not just general info b:cute please move it.

    Well the one skill that i know of that can still pull is Earthflame, the default skill that comes with the Zeal genie

    yeah, doesn't work anymore.
    Devs must reeeeeealy love venos, otherwise I don't see a point to take out a skill that was so helpfull. Well, good thing they didn't add another legendary pet to their collection, one that for example would be usefull underwater so venos could pawn the DT too.

    The Tame Pet skill works extremely well for that in most of occasions. The only drawback is the long casting time. But it still beat the send pet / unsummon pet / resummon pet routine.

    (PS : make sure your pet is in non aggressive mode before luring like that b:chuckle)

    It seems that poison still does lure single mobs outside instances. =D

    but uh.... inside instances it lures everyone and their grandmas too....

    I doubt that it's only a instance case. perhaps you tried on non-social mobs

    blinding sand does (think it's that the one with the big blue lightening strike)
    it's range is poor but maybe thats cus i am an archer but it halves the mobs accuracy soooo.......

    I lure mobs with Eruption Fist, this skill is only available in the gennie Longevity.

    edit: yep I tested this skill in mobs and it works... have 25 meters range

    Although if mobs are very close to eachother, all the mobs near will take that as a invitation to come and say hi to you.

    I'll try again tonight... Last I used it almost got me killed trying to lure the quartermaster in FB79, and that was on monday I think..

    Maybe it doesn't work for venos, but works for everyone else? b:chuckle

    I tryed in huggy hares...
    I also used it 2 days ago on FB 59 wood boss (unwined run), and only the boss come, his minions didnt come. I am logging off for now. You can always try in agressive taurocs (I didnt try yet). But I am pretty sure this skill that comes with longevity is a lure skill.

    Ah, got to test it, and we are both right.

    Against single mobs that are bunched together, and they are lower level or same level as you. Works as a lure, you can go and use it on one, and only one comes to you. If you trying the same thing on higher level mobs (orange and red ones), than the all bunch comes after you.

    Against mobs that part of a group inside instances (like the 2 right as you enter eden or FB19, or any of the other "grouped" mobs you have in FBs), the all group comes to you.

    So, it is still useful 90% of the time, but watch out when you try to use it on mobs that are part of a group of 2-3.

    Ehm, Eruption Fist likes to pull more than one on my character...
    I've not had a chance (i.e. yet bothered to) test the Zeal skill, mainly because I'd have to make a whole new genie based on this skill ><.

    You can still grab anything with genie skills. Previously it was genie skills you cast on an npc that did no damage would lure something single, that was changed. Now it will grab whatever's in range when it comes for you. So... they still lure, but they don't single lure.

    Earthflame default zeal skill,you'll need to make a new genie for it i think idk,uses less stamina than extreme poison did but you won't get a lot of back to back lures like you could previously do,uses a lot of energy to cast(100)and the energy cost goes down by 1 every 5 genie levels so even at lvl 90 the cost is only 18 energy less,guess i needa log in and see if its buyable on a diff genie.
    Quit 100%...and surprised my forum account wasn't banned...yet
