Gold Trading Account Locked?

I'm trying to sell gold on my account, and it is telling me that my account is locked. I don't remember locking it in the first place, but in any case, the password should have been one of the ones I use on games regularly. How do I unlock it?

    It's always locked by default. if you have never specified password for your gold account, just click Unlock and it will be unlocked right away.
    If you've ever specified password, click unlock, enter your password, then it will be unlocked.
    Please beware that the gold account password might not be the same as your bank account password.

    Ihad the same problem. If you cant remember the password (like I did) send in a ticket, they will help you.
