    Depends on level/class.

    In most cases, though, the answer would be no.

    Excuse me!? The only friggin' reason wizards are called wizards is because nobody would understand the nature of this class if it was called "Awesome."

    A level 4x Wizard with Earthen Barrier might be able to solo FB29 wined for Qingzi, I suppose...

    One Cleric can solo a couple of FB59's bosses EASY. The Fire section and the Earth section both have bosses that use DoTs. As long as the cleric has enough MP, it's a simple matter to do it.

    1. Ironheart.
    2. Attack, attack attack.
    3. Purify.
    4. GOTO 1 until boss is Dead.

    Yes, yes he does. Matter of fact, it would be easier for a level 40 wiz to tank qingzi than a lvl40 barb. Providing they have a cleric of course.

    Well, first one we failed (average members lvl without cleric 50)...when Cleric 32 died :D

    Today, we did it with Cleric 39 ( we died few times :D ), again average lvl was around 50 again. So, Squad need to be average around 55+ to be 100% Success.

    Is it worth...dunno, I can with grind ( http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?p=3584632#post3584632 ) collect 60000 XP / hour, but Dungeon is more fun with Squad and give more Spirit then Grinding, and not need to be afraid of red guys.

    That way you can each split up the mats for wine.

    Even a veno without a herc can solo some of the bounties.

    I tanked my own FB29 when i did it a looooong time ago, just like i tanked my own FB69 last night. b:cute

    And only had 1 cleric as well

    Exactly.
    I can solo the boss for my Bounty Hunter quest (Qiangzi or something..Water boss in FB59).
    But well, I need a veno to lure the mobs around it.
    If I'd use wines, I should be able to solo it.

    This is the boss I had. I kept getting it over half way down, but kept **** up my timing with my pots, so I died :(. I ended up duoing it with a 7X barb. I would say that it was possible for a 70 wiz to solo the thing though, just because of the water shield, charm and pots. Not very fun, though. Not easy, either, but possible.

    Maybe, if you're lucky. But FB's are designed for groups...or Venos...it's why "Solo TT Mode" should be changed to "Veno w/ Herc TT Mode".

    Veno with Herc can do squad mode. Veno with pet can do solo. Magmite is bad choice for tt.

    Just an update to all you pessimists~~ I just solo'd fb59 Qianji as lvl 71 Wiz. Of course, it took about 8 HP charm ticks (don't even want to count the MP charm ticks) and spamming the Multiflower Jiauzi (sp?) pot. Just a shout out to the wizzies out there that it's not impossible. It could probably be done without an HP charm since I ticked less than 10 times.

    In the end, whether or not a boss is soloable just depends what boss it is and what class you are.

    Being able to solo it as a veno is a moot point.
    To make it a reasonable use of your time, you are going to have to use wines, which are going to be pretty expensive if you intend on soloing it each day.

    Veno that isnt swimming in money is going to have to join squads just like everyone else.

    I wont even start on the fact that fb69 bosses aren't soloable by a veno, or that even with wine, brimstone pit is a horrible time sink. I get better xp soloing air mobs with my phoenix than trying to do brimstone pit solo with a herc, for the amount of time it takes.

    Actually I'd get better xp doing rebirth, but of course venos aren't wanted so much for them. So much for being overpowered.
