Newb questions

First, I'm a lvl 15 Barb. Who do I talk to to learn skills? I've talked to the Elder in the Lost City and tried finding it in here, but haven't seen anything on it(too newbie I guess lol).

I just started searching for the answer to my question(hadn't read that sticky before now and it's obvious I should have) it looks like I'm still having trouble finding the answer. I may ask in-game as that will probably be easier.

    You need to go to a class-specific trainer to learn skills. City of the Lost would have them for Barbarian's and Veno's, as would most of the smaller towns your quests take you to ... look for someone called 'Barbarian <name>' or '<name> the Barbarian', something along that line. Take a look in the co-ords assistant, and you should see it (or ask - I'm sure someone'll show you).
