    Sorry I didnt know But all i was saying was that i cant fill out the remaing guides on the main page because im to low lv and know nuthin about it so i was just asking for some other ideas people may want for the wiki thats all

    and sorry for double/triple posting

    Will the wiki contest close soon?

    Becuase no 1 seems to be doing anything know

    I just have a quick question, and if someone could help me out with it, that would be great. Right now, there are two guides (that I know of) that are just kinda floating there: My gold trading guide (http://pwi-wiki.perfectworld.com/index.php/Gold_trading), and Vitenks's gold buying guide (http://pwi-wiki.perfectworld.com/index.php/Gold) I would like these two guides to have an official link, instead of being only accessible by searching for them. Problem is, I don't know how to move an existing page, nor do I see any place to put them. The main page has no appropriate places to put these, and I was just wondering if there was a way to make one, as well as how to place these two guides into this new area. Is there any way to do these, or should I just wait for the contest to be over, and the wiki site to be organized?

    on the main page do you see the beginners guide and how to make a guide? if so click guides its the title and thats were all the people put their guides if theres no were else to put them and theres a lot there hope that helps b:laugh

    Both of those guides ARE available - the word 'Guides' on the main page is a link to a page of all the 'other' guides, not just a section heading.

    I agree that this isn't very obvious.

    sure! Other people chose to send a .pdf but the format really doesn't matter. It's more for verification purposes

    Hi, I have a question about this. I was looking around the wiki and noticed banners for the male and female fashions. I was wondering if someone like myself felt like we could make better banners for such a thing (I've graduated as a Graphic Designer, qualified to make great graphics!) and wanted to contribute these, how would we do so? Or could we even? I think that I could create some really slick graphics, but I'm afraid the person who put up the current pictures would be offended, or worse. I really don't mean to be picky, just want to beautify the wiki! :) Or Maybe there is a way we could have a contest for banners and someone could pick the best? Just a thought.

    For guides that people made you will most likely want to contact the author on their talk page in the wiki to get their approval. We'll consider having a banner contest for the wiki later on, but currently our main focus is just populating it with beneficial content. I don't think people would mind if you ask their approval though, who doesn't like a well made banner?

    One question, when we submit the guides to pwi-community@perfectworldinc.com, what is all the information needed? Or do we need just the guide?

    one more thing, while i was looking at my guied i realized there was no table of contents, how do you one, i looked at the sample guide, but couldn't find how.

    It usually auto creates itself if there are enough subsections. if not, just put the following wherever you want it to be:

    There are about FOUR baby pet guides, if you count the identical ones with slightly different names, because several people posted them and fought over it.

    The emailing is just for proof of "I wrote this", is my understanding. So slap it up on the wiki and email as well.

    Would you rather me send in the finished guide while its in the edit form or its wiki form with the tables etc.(email will have different colors so its easier to see) p.s. my name on the wiki is SuperShinon

    in the wizard guides section, just edit the page and post another link under the "Wizard Guides" link, make sure the name isnt the same or you'll be erasing someone else's content. if you have trouble linking please check out my guide to making guides.

    I decided to keep my guide unlocked. b:laughI scored a mysterious item in my world quest that wasn't in the database so I updated it. I'm thinking I may run into more of these so I don't want to lock it and then have it need to be unlocked again.b:cute
