Supply Stash Disappeared?!

Um, so I was pretty happy to hit 45, I use my supply stash, it disappears, never came back, never got any message, and never got whatever item one is supposed to get at level 45. I'm not too worried about the item, however, as I am losing the stash/chest forever. At the time of using it I was carrying someone while flying from Jade Shattered Shore toward Arco. If I could get some help restoring it back to my inventory that would be great, if not getting whatever item comes with using the lvl 45 stash. Thanks.

    Make sure you have enough space in your inventory.

    I had just about a full inventory line free, and I doubt it would have given me more than 7 items. I was thinking perhaps it would be some interesting plotline like when you need to die for cult, but after asking someone about it, pretty sure it's glitched, and yes, already sent a (and one) ticket. Just hope I can get it back, even if it's without the lvl 45 item(s).

    Okay that was weird. So I saw the supply stash quest thing appear out of nowhere in my quest list about 10 minutes ago. My inventory was never full (as I said, my inventory had plenty of space when I used the stash), and still wasn't, which is funny since I've had my inventory full when turning in a quest before and when I opened those spots in my inventory they just appeared there. Couldn't figure a way to make the quest give me the charm/lvl 50 stash for later, so I just quit, re-entered the game, and it suddenly went into my inventory. Problem solved here, and if a mod/admin sees it they can discount the ticket I submitted earlier. As said in the first sentence, this was a very weird occurrence/glitch.
