Can you clarify what is and is not "immediate IN-GAME" help? Would the Etherblade waterfall glitch be this or would this go to tech support? Just trying to clarify any confusion for the future b:pleased

The waterfall issue is Customer Support, GM support.
If they are available, use the live chat, if they aren't, send in a ticket to CS.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
