cannot connect to server

i hate that message... a lil over a week and a half ago i moved so i missed a couple of updates i finally got internet back up today and updated my game but for some odd reason it won't let me log in...keeps giving me that cannot connect to server message. someone please help me get back into perfect world i miss my buddies on dreamweaver.

    any assistance that can be offered would be great...especially if a GM could tell me where i noobishly screwed up.
