a big big mistake ( BoA )

Well i made a big mistake i lvled BoA to lvl 2 b:cry so i cant zhen cause the charm cannot keep it up the whole time it just works around .... 1 minute the it stops and thats it ... so i was thinking about how to fix it if theres a way to make it work so i can zhen , cause zhen is a funny way to get exp . so now my mp is 1600+ and BoA takes 380 mp per round -_-" so it would be good to make a new armor set lvl 60+ and lets say get at least 7 or 8 sockets and imbue it with mana shards ? but this will keep BoA working and the charm working as usual ? . theres another option to fix this big mistake ? well hope you guys can help me with this and a big thanks in advance !! b:thanks

    Simple solution:

    Get a mp hat and hunt for turq shards to socket them.

    I wouldn't bother with another armor set. You'll quickly find that a mp hat is sufficient. If not then get an mp cape. Either way, you would not need a new armor set. (but feel free to if you have spare coin to waste)

    Indeed. Level 2 Barrage consumes 20 more mana every 3 seconds, meaning 60 or 80 more mana every 10 seconds. So, you won't need too much more mana to fix the problem.

    it may also help to get those MP orbs that let you regen 50 or 100 back at a time :o. not sure if it works but its an idea :P (cant imagine how the 100 archer on our server feels with DEMON barrage lol)

    Remember though, in combat concentration orbs (the 100 mana orbs) are cut to 1/4 their efficiency so youre only getting 25 mana a tick.

    And for that archer with demon barrage, i guarantee its only uses in Rebirth Delta and maybe TWs. And if its in RB, hes got mana regen from the mana auras.

    cant use apoth like that while doing a barrage, would have to reduel every 10 minutes
    either way **** zhen archers are so well powered at 60+ can grind air/water mobs so fast

    u can always use event pots now that they are so widely available. those work during zhen (barrage, bb ...)

    There is not much difference between level 1 barrage and level 2.

    As far as making mp gear, I went through the unorthodox approach of making MP boots (they give me a decent 600MP). I had a few reasons for this:

    - It is very easy to spam lots of past boots in OHT as they take no special materials
    - I am relying on 4 str from the helm to wear my gear and so an MP helm would need this STR requirement to easily swap it out
    - TT90 boots are pretty lousy anyway for delta / zhen (mp/hp recovery FTL)
    - My TT90 gold wrists give me strength to wear past boots but not vice versa

    I carry around some special, cheap "barrage only" gear (hat, cloak and boots) with plenty of +mp bonuses (and mp shards) that I put on when using the skill. This allows me to continuously use lvl 6 barrage. But I don't zhen with that.

    One thing I have considered doing is getting a +10 mp Tome to swap with my Blessing of Christmas (only when using Barrage of Arrows).

    You can live with a level 2. Not a HUGE difference really.
    At 75-80ish, you'll need to level up your Barrage to levle 6 or 7 for Rebirth anyway.


    At least you didn't max out Knock Back arrow to 10. b:surrender

    You cant use apothecary pots while having Barrage on...

    to be honest u waste lots of $ ur exp gets halfed or 3x lower.. drops aint fair..
    u will waste on charms like crazy n u wont get that much of money (maybe enough to cover)
    Grinding alone = almost same xp, more $, if u use an exoterica like in zhen +exp... it is just bettter.. we archers kill fast anyways.. n at ur lv.. lv 68 vamps at north of swamps are gorgeous.. tons of $ n glaze that u can sell expensiveb :bye

    Zhen will cover it`s expenses if we don`t count charms on it, lol.

    any 90+ as already tryed to do a mp hemlet with like 4 perfect turquoise to go rebirth and see if charm still tick every 6 second:P I was thinking of trying but maybe someone else did alreadyb:pleased

    yah if squad is willing to do mana lvl 2 early (well after 2nd wave marshall when youve finished entire happy valley anyway) on you can hop in with a bronze mp charm and not worry about mana 3-10waves

    Unless you have like 8000 MP, a level 10 barrage will tick any mp charm in rebirth. If you have like 2.5k mp and a mana 2 aura with no mp charm you can keep it up.

    I don't know about Delta but for Gamma anyways, I have yet to be in a group that ever does Mana 2. My Barrage is only lvl 7 and using a mix of pots / charm / Chi aura + canceling barrage between waves, I can use a gold charm for 2 full Gamma runs.

    With delta you can get more beans than in gamma (I think the auras go higher too). After a little practice the only real hard stages in delta are stage 3 and stage 9. If you can pass stage 3 it's pretty easy to make it to stage 9 and so I usually ask for mana 2 at stage 4 if I don't have a charm. Stage 1-3 I just spam event mp.
