Annoying bug

After the last patch i have a huge problem...i`m a 68 barb with the strenght and life buffs on me with no negative buffs and when i attack a mob i deal about 1500dmg,that mob with no special like increased defense etc,and when i atack another mob,same with no special,deal about 600dmg...this issue apears at all types of mobs...at one moment i was thinking there were with increased defense but it doesnt say,but no isnt because i`ve meet a mob with increased life and i deal the same dmg 600 and is verry hard to kill him like that!
I`ve tried to reinstaled the game,to play from another computer,to change the form(tiger and normal),others mobs but with no results.
I deposed a ticket but with no response so far
And i want to see if anyone has this problem,and if he had,tell me how you resolved it!

    On the first screen you are attacking from under water. That is why you have the dmg reduction.

    i forgot that to tell,no doesnt matter where i am in water,air,land,this issue appear every where

    Hello and good day to you. I am having same issues bojincad is having. My character is a level 66 wizard. It doesn't matter if I'm on land, water, or in the sky.
    The problem started with me on the last patch. I thought lol I was going crazy and the only one with this problem. Thanks for reading this and have a nice day.
