i can't see people only there names?

idk if this is just my settings or what but when after the patch now i can't see peoples bodys or anything just there names unless iam pratically standing on top of them! its getting really annoying if anyone can help me that be greatb:laughb:laughb:laugh

    Ya know the button on the top right of the screen to help the lag when your in cities? Three other buttons will be next to it to the right, click the second button to the right (the middle one between the three other buttons) When you click that it should show the other characters, If that doesnt work go to the graphic options and bring overall all the way to the right and when you click comfirm it should show the other characters, (I had to mess around with the options to find this out since I used to have the same problem)
