Is there anywhere to buy mantou? I accidentally threw it away not realizing what it was.

IIRC you can buy it from the guy you visited for the mantou quest, located next to the Tailor in Arch South.
In my opinion, you can make far better HP/MP regenerating items at the apothecary though - might be worth you while to just farm some herbs to manufacture your own and save the coins.0
