What is this and why can i not open it?? I have perfect hammer for my supply stash, this makes no sense. Help please

    Perfect Hammers are one time use items. You have to use one on the Chest of Coins box to open it.

    You have to right-click the chest of coins to open it.

    With the economy the way it is this chest o coins is a break-even proposition.

    What you get is the thrill of smashing it open. Yay! ....not.

    Yea, today I randomly saw a shop with chests for 115k so i snatched em up. Keep your eye open for things like that and it may be worthwhile...just barely.

    Buying the chests, at ANY cost, is a losing proposition right now. Gold costs more than you get from opening it!

    Given the drop rate on the chests, I don't think that's likely to change any time soon.

    You forgot about FCC, you might get 2 after a frost run.

    anyway, chest of coins are worthless. Lets say gold costs 350k each ok thats 1'750'000 for the hammer just to get 1'000'000 from the box. I say sell the hammer, its the reason you see these box of coins being sold for 20k when theres a mil inside.

    Chests of coins were introduced for the sole purpose of ensuring that gold price would rise to at least 200k each, and then never fall below that amount. They serve no other useful function.
