You may feel this way but trust me, the GM's or anyone else who benefits off of the CS spenders don't. Its their job to try to keep as many in game players as possible. We are all potential dollar signs.

No. They revamped a lot of the chip costs... Things were flopped. Requiem Blade, and other minimal chip items are now about 10-20x what they originally were chip cost and coin cost wise.

This game must a have delicate balance to make the things interesting for people who want to spend money in the game and for those who symply wont spend money.

My compaint about the ring is in a different aspect. This give more reason to BM for being high str with low dex as you can solve the accuracy problem for free now.

BM builts that requires high dex will lose more ground as the extra benefit in accuracy due to being high dex means nothing as you can get that accuracy with the ring.b:surrender

However, most of the players will benefit fromt this change. Therefore, I agree with it.

I just would like a similar ring that would add a good chunk of physical attack but having a high dex requirement so hight str builts cant have it. At least this would balance things out to high dex builts.

You know that we're watching the situation and taking the genuine feedback that we can, it is very difficult to do this however when people make statements like

Not only is that an unfair statement, because there is no way to respond to it without being attacked, but it's not true. I make zero commission from player purchases. This is a job that we love and we choose to do. Please try to have a bit of consideration for the people who you make blanket statements about, we are humans, we have bills to pay sure, but we play and work with games because it is our passion.

If you don't have anything constructive to say, then don't go out of your way to say things that will get this thread locked. Help us with information so we can get things changed, or don't post, it's that simple.

I care. The biggest reason to stay on this game is due to my investment into it. Since much of that investment has been devalued by irrational decisions, I no longer have quite as much incentive to stay, and that's without factoring in the aggravation and frustration it's caused. If others are leaving, it's probably because there's at least a comparable alternative even if it's only momentary. The people that run the game also have an interest since they'll be losing revenue and potentially jobs when people leave the game.

We don't really have to leave the game to make an impact. We could put all our cash shop items up for sale flooding the market devaluing their sale items and even possibly take a break from actual playing or try some alternatives.

they pretty much ruined my plans for what molds to get with my chips and all my plans of farming fb79 for misty forest ring mold.
...But atleast a made 8 to 10mil a piece on the ring molds i did farm before it was changed.
...but now i have chips that i cant use.

Yeah, I don't understand this. They're hurting their own sales in the process of pissing everyone off that invested in these equips. It's a lose - lose deal.

Is it now? I haven't checked since the pet pack sale and it was 170k then. I figured prices would stabilize at 180 honestly since that would be equal prices on charms before/during the sale (from 150k before it), I suppose though that the pet packs/mounts could have raised it again.

Edit: 172.1k on Dreamweaver, looks like it hasn't gone up much in the last 24 hours or so.

Why should a customer not express concerns about the way a business is run? People expressing their reasons for quiting is valuable information for the company involved.

It is obvious to me that the people who are complaining care about the game and do not wish to see it ruined. And it seems to me that the people who are not complaining do not have a clear understanding of what is happening.

well +50% accuracy of a really low base accuracy is still low. you will probably benefit from a misty forest way more than a high str built can. anyways, if you have sufficient accuracy, you can always go for 2 heavenly lords for a decent spike in crit.

You can still use the chips, just not for your original intent. Maybe dice tickets have remained unharmed in the making of this patch.

There is still money to be made with them

I realize it was a joke. It didn't go over my head. But it is a breech of the TOS to **insinuate** that you got permission which you really did not attain. Not quite sure how the GM's would take that, was just letting you know, I apologize. Perhaps I should have said it in pm in a different manner.

I am so sorry that you took what I said as an attack. I did not mean it that way. I merely meant that with all the people who keep saying they won't miss you, good riddance, go on we don't care.. to all those who are saying they want to quit; don't understand. GM's job is damage control among other things. Its important for you to keep things under contorl in crisis which you've seen the past 2 days. And for every customer that walks into PW is a potential cash spending customer that PW does not want to lose. Its your job to try to keep things calm and keep the players happy. A job which I do not envy you at all!

I have stated before that things have really changed since you hopped aboard spoons and the last thing I would want to do is to ever insinuate that you do NOT care genuinely. As I know you also play the game outside of your GM name. For this I am sorry. My notation was simply to state that we are all $ for the company potentially, they need to keep us as happy as they can as a whole. As we all know, they will NEVER appease the masses; as you can not please everyone. Again, I sincerely apologize.

I do WQ for xp though it's boring. I get handouts like new price of Steppenwolf Lord's Cape at a small fraction of what others paid, so no need to grind coin. I saw someone actually trying to sell one of those boxes for 400k. Ok Gold is going for 180k when i saw it. So cost of hammer + box is 1,280,000. Would that be considered a greedy scamming person??

First of all how did my post have anything to do with yours? I was explaining why people would buy a perfect gold hammer to open the cube boxes. And no PW is not turning into a gambling oriented game. Yes they have the big rainbow eggs and whatever, but buying an equip or whatever in game is the same as it is in real life. In real life you can either find a job, earn steady pay, or you can play the stock market, you can find good deals on ebay and resell for a higher price. There's no reason for you to complain about paying 1 mil for a christmas blessing when now it's only a couple hundred thousand, that's like saying you bought a PS2 back when it came out for 200 dollars, and now everybody else can buy one for 100 dollars. If everything remained the same this game would be ridiculously boring. If all blessings had a set price of 1 mil then what's the point of trading, or finding good deals, just set up a npc that sells every single item in the game for a set price. actually PS2 $35 to $45 At a pawn shop. Of course no place around me carrys new ones anymore.

It's not at all like that. We know the price of the PS2 will fall and it doesn't fall drastically overnight to a small fraction of what it was. It's also not the same company that puts out the competing gaming systems.

Deviations in price from one merchant to the next is one thing, drastic price reductions overnight on NPC items is a different story.

Duh.. that was the point. They are influencing people to stop paying and stop playing. They should be made aware that they're shooting themselves in the foot with this ****.

It's not justified at all. Prices on items like that were naturally dropping from supply and demand. Not everyone that bought a Misty for 7-8 mil got to use it before the DRASTIC price reduction. How many venos would complain if all of the sudden they could get Hercules and Phoenix for 2m instead of 20m? If people who use Misty got such a good break on that item, why don't Veno's get same break on Legendary Pets?

If they are greedy, they fail. Not only are people now more uncomfortable with the stability in the value of e-items they purchase: they can save more in game coin on certain items. Well you quoted my post so I thought you were replying to it. Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, all announce price drops on their own systems. This change is drastic, and it is a large price drop. Apple announced a price drop in their IPhone. Yes not everybody who bought a misty for 7 mil got to use it before the price drop, but that's a very small number of people. Same with the people that bought a PS2 for 200 one day before the price got dropped to 150.
PW will not change the price on legendary pets because legendary pets are obtained with real money. You can buy sof or pf with in game coin, but it doesn't change the fact that somebody bought battle packs with real money. You don't have to buy a misty by selling gold. Also if people have more in game coin, that's more money to spend on cash shop items.

Do you want me to quit?
