error patch161-166

i cant dowload the patch! It says me : unable to download elementskill.dll because the file is corrupted!!
I tryed all the patch and its always the same bug in manual and automatically...
So i cant play, i can do nothing ...

    I have the same error as the above, iv tried every patch version just incase.

    Guys install simplified chinese language pack, fixed it for me
