Restating or not??

Since you're already LA, you may as well wait until 60. Until then, you'll continue dealing with physical mobs most of the time, and the LA gives you a couple more oopsies (hits from mobs).

After 60, I would say you're good to restat to pure if you want. Lots of magic mobs from there. That's what I did and am conviced it's a good transition point. It's just my opinion though. Probably plenty of good answers for your question.

well let's not jump that fast in the restat bandwagon.
Depends what u really want to do and how many friends/ how good and helpfull is the guild you're in ( If u aren't in one atm, I suggest find a good one asap).
There are few main ways to lvl:
1. solo grind/justice/fbs
2. zhen **** until u can get in RB and then RB **** until you're 85.

First one is the layed back one. No stress, enjoy the game, do whatever u can when u can. Best option here: Robe.. U do enough dmg not to be touched by anything. Get some -channeling gear/wpn and you're all set. Learn apothecary skills, manufacture mana regen and mana restore potions ( cheap and easy to do). I suggest go with Mana restore, cause regen is only 25% in combat mode so the benefits are minimal. Restore pots do a fixed amount, no matter what state u are in. Also, I suggest in this case to get Wellspring Quaff asap , u will need it anyway to get Sutra, so having that extra MP pool will help u. A lot. Wear the maxed glacial embrace shield for mana restore and your grind will be so cheap u can't believe it. Look at the grind guide from Cryxtal, choose mobs that have weakness to our dmg elements to improve mana/kill ratio.

Second option is the hardcore one and u will basically need to have a maxed DB for lvl to improve efficience. Now, second option although is lightning fast in lvling ( I know ppl that went from 60 to 85 in less than 3 weeks doing nothing else but 3-4 RB/day ... yeah, alts but still...) is very expensive charm wise. U don't have time to fam your TTs but U should be geting some good cash/drops out of RB/Zhen. I would say this path is best to be taken with a LA wizz. U need the little extra HP and pdef that LA offers, and with a maxed DB u will have the dmg required to be on par with archer's BoA. But this is a perfect setup, u need friends with same availability as you and covering basically all the classes ( well, main ones at least: wizz/archer/barb/BM/Cleric...6th place can be a veno/BM).
This is an extreme path and usually is taken by the high lvls when they raise an Alt. they wanna get in demon/sage range asap, so by the time u already have a char at 9x+ u prolly know enough ppl to make a squad of lowbies that u can decently equip and race through lvls 85+ in a month or so.
Another benefit for the LA is if u PK a lot. High dmg magic classes ( cleric/pure wizz) with few exceptions will not be PK-ing on a PvE server until much higher lvls (80+), so u need all teh pdef and HP u can get to stay alive. U will not be a 1 shot to archers, bms and barbs, but u will be to a higher lvl wizz or cleric. Your choice here.
