HELP!!! Cant get a flier!!!!

Ive tried everything and i cant figure out what is wrong b:surrender....people tell me i can get a flying mount at the lost city recluse. when i click him, it doesnt give me any options. I just completed fb 29...i thought that would fix it...any help???

    You have to do a level 30 quest. Check your available quests for it.

    You hsve to go to the Elder of Archasaur to get the quest.Then you get the next quest 5 or 10 claws.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    yea. i think its 5 Dull Claws though, i have a level 41 friend, and she said its 5. Also, if you want to get another mount, or you lost your current one, talking to the recluse gets you another beast for like, 20k.
