    Simple, vote on if you think Shajrix's RL pics thread should get a sticky. Pretty much just made this thread to catch the mods attention. Why keep this thread despite having a RL pics thread already? Because the point of the threads is for people who like to know who it is they're playing with. We all play on Harshlands therefore it's Harshlands related. It also makes it so people wouldn't have to comb through that excessively long thread looking for Harshlanders.

      Well that was freakin fast. Looks like that magical mod mind control stick I bought actually works. b:shocked

      Now to test the GM control stick... GMs, credit my account for 6 billion gold!

      He's obviously not going to reply. This matter is a bit more sensitive and could get him fired so it shouldn't be made public. Now if you'll excuse me I have to make unreasonable amounts of cash and bring the HL gold prices back down to 100k. b:victory

      Just and fyi, it got sticky'd, got locked, got unstickied. Can Shajrix talk with eatwithspoons? I think a picture thread would be great for just our server. It sucks having to scroll through endless pics to find harshland pics.

      It's not like you know any of the people on the server in real life nor the chance of meeting them. Unless you like cybering, appears that the new generation like online relationships.

      Good morning people and MOD's,

      If we were to have our own photo thread, abiding by the general rules is a must. Unfortunately certain individuals like Cyrus blatantly overstepped his boundories on this subject and I feel we shouldn't have a thread closed based on one petulant individual. Also there was no real warning prior to the decision of the MOD to close it. An occasional slap on the wrist would have made a big difference. (In such a case text can be edited with a sidenote that using inappropiate text, trolling, going offtopic, etc will not be tolerated)

      Such a minor warning does open eyes and we become more aware of the do's and not's. If one is to ignore this, a reprimand with consequences would discourage most peevish-hungry people.

      We, Harshlanders deserve our own phototopic because of our sheer curiosity and I'm sure the floodgates would open and a sea of photo's will surface and maybe change the way we look at eachother. An own designated photo thread would be more approachable to HL'ers. Proof can be found in the scarce HL pics in the general photoforum and the growing popularity of the closed photothread. We're also seeing the less established and known players dropping by with a link.

      I'd like this trend to continue with a fresh start with now transparent rules and a learned experience behind us.

      You sound surprised. When you invest so much time in a game, aspects like accomplishments, status, groupdynamics, individuality and even love can have a place in a virtual world. We all can have our views on the matter, but it's quite inevitable. You grow accustimed to your virtual walls and the society that lives in it and so one heart can wonder and find a mate to admire, like, have as a (healthy) rival, befriend or even hold dear. These impressions can be augmented by a RL photo for the better.

      Personally Real Life relationships are the only way for me. But that's different for everyone to decide, depending on own requirements, desires, age, etc.
