makeover scroll

Yes, I know there are countless threads about this, but there are no real answers from any staff members. I submitted a ticket for this issue and got an e-mail saying the ticket couldn't be delivered. The original message is:
"I purchased zen about an hour ago and used two gold to get a makeover scroll. When I used the scroll, I set everything to look the way I wanted it to, but when I hit the "done" button my character looked nothing like what I had chosen. I had gotten the scroll to change some things about the character that were bothering me and now it bothers me more than it ever did before. Not real thrilled with this error. I have no screenshots due to being a very unexpected problem. My girlfriend had used one right before I did and had no problems. Both were purchased from the boutique by me."
At the moment, I'm just trying to tolerate the error as best I can. I don't feel like buying another one and taking the risk of having the same **** happen again. A response or assistance would be appreciated. Preferably something other than "submit a ticket" seeing as how that obviously doesn't work right now. I don't really care if I get the two gold back, a makeover scroll or whatever. I just want it fixed. Quite irritating to charge zen only to have it get screwed up because of something I can't predict or control.

I did submit a ticket. I said that in the first post. I also got an e-mail saying that ticket couldn't be delivered which is why I made that post in the first place.0

OK, it looks like Yahoo is having some trouble with one of their mail servers at the moment. Try sending the ticket from another e-mail address, if possible.==/Senior QA Lead/==

I got a makeover scroll from a quest at lvl 20-30 and i used it but i made a mistake so i need another one but i can't find it in the boutique if that's where to get another one.0 -

the makeover service is still bugged.... wasted 1m+ Coins for makeover scrolls but the result has been always the same: A totally diffrent face. Im not going to waste more money for those scrolls until it is FIXED.0
