If you're wondering why I'm asking you to identify instruments, it's because I am making some techno music and I need everything to be just right. I even have a talkbox for the techno voice!

    cynic, they invented the whole synth scene incorporated into music during the florida tech death age in 80's, 90s. they play trippy stuff.

    Exactly why I said "I know it's a synth instrument, I just need to tone so can play it myself". I just need to know the tones.

    It's definitely on a synth, as you stated. It's hard to explain how to create a synth sound, there's tons of different ways, just play around with it and you should be able to mimic the sounds you want in no time.
