    last i recall hoshimi has been working on that bow for a long time

    theres a tt 99 bow with dispel pos buffs as well, and its 300 more dmg stronger just has crappier add ons + accurcy and something else

    its a xbow has about a 30% lesser refine bonus though and ofc will more rarely activate with 15% less attack speed if you use normal attacks and not skills but pvp is generally skills...
