Pay Shop Problems

So I decided to buy 2000 Zen to get some more inventory and bank space for my character, but I've run into some odd problems. So I order 2000 Zen and plan to pay using a prepaid credit card and the google service, and everything goes quite well up until it asks for the last name I used to register. I of course forget that I used just the first four letters of my last name at registration and couldn't figure this out in 5 tries, so my payment gets canceled. I take care of the last name problem with gms and now have it, but after I made that first payment and it was blocked my Google/paypal/and other credit card service say that I've hit my "daily" spending limit, even though at this point in time its been about 48 hours and I didn't actually end up buying anything. Has anyone else had this kind of account issue?

Regardless, I've went to a dozen canadian retailers of the game cards(and ultimate game cards)and found none at all, so some assistance would be appreciated, having 1 free inventory slot at all times is a bit of a hassle!

    3 Days and my account daily limit is still bugged, how exactly can this even happen?

    Please check the email address used for the payment attempt and respond to our 8 question verification form. Your account is blocked from making purchases vie PayPal, Google Checkout, and ClickandBuy until you can verify the account. Because you had failed the previous verification, the account was blocked from purchasing until you can properly verify. If you do not have that 8 question form, please send us an email and we can make sure you get another one.

    Oddly enough that was my first problem, and was taken care of quickly. I was just having a refreshing problem with my account but it seems to be fixed, now I just need to figure out how to use this prepaid mastercard heh. Thanks for the reply though.

    Edit: Scratch that, it appears my prepaid mastercard has been drained of its cash, even though you guys canceled my order. So, I fail a verification 4 days ago that is taken care of within an hour of it happening, and I still get charged?

    Oh, so you drained the card and google took its fee out too! So even IF I get my money refunded, I won't have enough to do the original transaction. So I've lost about 5-6 bucks and have 7 dollars on a 25 dollar gift card and maybe 1000 zen(if I get a refund and buy 1000 zen), best case scenario. I don't even know what to say, I've never actually had a problem GIVING someone money before, much less an mmo. I hope you guys can sort this out without **** me, but considering how things are going so far, I don't think thats a high possibility.

    shnuggles did make a response to an issue similar to this yesterday on the Billing Issue - Rejected by Paypal GM PLEASE RESPOND thread. As with any type of credit/debit card, the company puts a hold on the funds. In this case, shnuggles said it could take up to 10 days for the funds to be credited back to the card, although it can take less time. This is just financial institutions making sure they are covered and you have to be patient.

    I read all those threads, I was merely pointing out that even when I get a refund, theres no way Ill be getting my google fee of like 3 bucks back. That means my 25 dollar credit card can only get a 10 dollar card, just like the useless ultimate game card I bought. Paying 40 dollars for 2000 Zen is ridiculous, theres nothing that can be said to make it better, its just a stupid and inefficient system.

    Fees for uncompleted/refunded transactions should always be returned. If the fee is because you are using a pre-paid credit card, that is an issue of the company that funds that card. We unfortunately have no control over any fees assessed by the companies used for a pre-paid card. If it is a Google Checkout fee (i.e. the $1 authorization per purchase attempt) that is always returned to the card as well just note that it will take the same 10 days that the refund will take to be put back on the card. We do apologize for this but unfortunately, that is just how electronic transactions function. If you are missing funds that you feel should be there, you will need to contact either the customer service number on the back of your pre-paid credit card or the payment solution that you used to attempt the purchase.
